Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $100.

Processing time: Every order is prepared by hand, so please allow 2–3 business days before it ships.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. During holidays and busy seasons, carriers may take a little longer.

Where we ship: We currently only ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Each order is prepared especially for you as soon as it’s placed. Because of that, we can’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order goes through.

Damaged or incorrect items: If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 4 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement.

Missing pieces: Kits are carefully packed, but if anything is missing, let us know and we’ll send what you need.

Changes to Your Order

Ordered the wrong design, or need to update something? Reach out as soon as possible. We can’t promise changes once your order is in progress, but we’ll review each request and do our best to help.
